The Puppy Pad opened its doors in 2010 to better serve Christina’s (owner) loyal clientele and be able to provide her grooming customers with more services. Her dream was to be a “one-stop” shop. Christina was the only employee, groomer, and boarding technician for the first two years. Throughout the years and with the help of many amazing employees, Haylah Ashe, Bree LaCroix, James Horn, Sydney Curtis, and Leah Schaitel to name a few, we have grown and expanded on many levels. We are proud to have Eastern Washingtons only Thera-Clean bathing system, and proud to serve Spokane, our community and beyond. We continually innovate while providing the best services available in our industry. We have beautiful custom sani-kennels, a small doggie daycare that feels more naturally appropriate for dogs, tri-level cat condos, two outside areas for dogs, and a dedicated staff providing superior cleaning procedures.

We now have 9 groomers between both locations and 12 supporting staff members, all whom have varies job descriptions, such as boarding technicians, doggie daycare attendants, front desk, and just being awesome 🙂 Christina feels so blessed to have her current staff members, as these beautiful women are truly amazing and considered family members.
